Rules & Regulations
|
| 1.
May only enter fish caught upon hook and line and retrieved by
rod and reel in a legal manner, as designated under the laws
set by the state of Ohio within the waters and tributaries of
Ohio's Lake Erie. No boat fishing. |
| 2.
Must be officially registered at least one day prior to
fishing. |
| 3.
Agrees to abide by official rules and regulations and agrees
that failure to comply will result in automatic
disqualification and forfeiture of all prizes and recognition
as winner. |
| 4.
Is entitled to only one prize, although contestant may enter
one or more fish. If the succeeding fish is larger, the
smaller will be withdrawn. |
| 5.
Agrees that in the event of a tie, the person who enters the
first fish, according to the date and time recorded on the
fish entry form, will be the winner. The second fish
entered with the same weight will assume the next lower
position. |
| 6.
Agrees to hold the contest officials, sponsors, their agents,
servants, or employees harmless for any liability of any
nature and any kind for injuries and/or damage suffered by the
entrant during the contest period. |
| 7.
Grand River Tackle at 1250 High Street, Fairport Harbor (440)
352-7222 is an agent. |
| 8.
Weigh stations (Erie Outfitters) hours Monday through Sunday,
7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and (Grand River Tackle) hours Monday
through Friday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Saturday, 6:00 AM to 7:00
PM, and Sunday, 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Closed Tuesdays.No fish shall be
checked after hours. |

Contest Dates: 10/1/07 through 4/30/08. Prizes awarded
May 14, 2008. |

100% Payback awarded to the top five (5) places as follows:
First Place: 50%
Second Place: 20%
Third Place: 15%
Fourth Place: 10%
Fifth Place: 5%

Steelhead entered must be of a reasonable weight (12 lbs. or
larger). Weight will determine the winner. All
entrants are subject to a POLYGRAPH TEST. |
